We make sure it’s done right the first time.

If your logo or artwork hasn’t been digitized for embroidery yet, this one-time setup fee allows us to convert your design into a machine-ready stitch file, so it can be embroidered cleanly and professionally on your apparel.

This isn’t a separate product, it’s a required step when your artwork needs to be prepared for embroidery.

When This Fee Applies

• You have a logo but no embroidery file
• You’re unsure if your file is embroidery-ready
• Your previous file stitches poorly and needs to be rebuilt

If your file is already digitized and ready to run, this fee is not required.
